Today is damn sianz LAR .... bought New Screen protection and handphone strap :)
And blabla .... PE gt napha test OMFG ! i mostly failed all MAN ! ah neh failed 2 :) Mr Sham said before one fail ALL FAIL ! OMFG !!!....

Did:
1) Sit ups (27 > for a E)
2) Standing Broad Jump (186 > for a E)
3) Sit And reach ( 29 > for a E)
4) Inclined Pull-Up (8 > for a E)
5) Shuttle Run (11.3 <>
ALL the brackets are for 14 Years old only :)

My Results:
1) 25 Sit-Ups
2) 171 cm
3) 27 cm (2 more marks!)
4) 7 times (last one not counted!)
5) 12.1sec (practice 11.3sec :(!)

SO Napha test SUCKS 2.4km run next Thursday and Re-test at next Friday :D
